Cancellation / Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes our customers need to cancel their cable and internet services. In order to ensure a smooth and efficient cancellation process, we have established the following policy:
  • Notification of Cancellation: Customers must notify us at least 30 days prior to the desired cancellation date. Notification can be provided by phone or in writing.

  • Return of Equipment: Any equipment, such as cable boxes or modems, provided by us must be returned within 14 days of the cancellation date. Failure to return the equipment within this timeframe will result in a fee equal to the replacement cost of the equipment.

  • Final Bill: Customers will be responsible for any outstanding balances on their account, including any early termination fees or unreturned equipment fees.

  • Refunds: We will issue refunds for any prepaid services that have not been used.

  • Confirmation of Cancellation: Customers will receive confirmation of their cancellation request, including the cancellation date and any outstanding balances or fees, within 5 business days of the cancellation request.
